There doesn't appear to be a national, or even County-based, initiative this Winter to match the 2022/23 "Ease the Squeeze" Warm Rooms during the fears of power shortages last year. Neither Snape Maltings/Red House nor (as far as can be ascertained) Community Action Suffolk have anything arranged yet, should heating problems arise.
However, county-wide, Suffolk Libraries continue to offer their apparently year-round equivalent "Warm Space" facility, which remains free of charge, and just drop-in. The branches at Saxmundham, Leiston and Aldeburgh are all within the scheme. Visit https://www.suffolklibraries.co.uk/advice/be-kind-in-kind/what-each-library-is-offering for each branch's opening times, which are currently [8th January] as below, but DO please check before you travel.
Peter Wyllie is again kindly offering lifts to anyone in Snape village who wishes to make use of these facilities. Please leave an answerphone message for him on ☏ 0754 1754 426, the Snape Good Neighbours' phone.
Of course, Meet Up Mondays continues to meet every week from 10:30 until noon: EVERYBODY is welcome at the Golden Key!
