Meetings of Snape Parish Council
are held  in the Village Hall, over Zoom
on the fourth Tuesday evening of the month at 7:00 pm.

From 23rd March 2020, for the foreseeable future, meetings are online, not in the hall.


The next meeting will be the Parish Council's AGM on 25th May at 7pm, during which Officers will be appointed for the next year.
The meeting after that is for urgent items only (so may be cancelled) on 29th June.

Please note that meetings held in most even-numbered months will be for urgent items only, and may therefore be cancelled.
Annual Parish Meetings (APM's), held in April, include reports from organisations within the village, and are followed by a normal monthly PC meeting.
At Parish Council Annual General Meetings, held in May, Officers are appointed.

Members of the public are welcome to attend Council meetings.  Meetings include a public forum.  This is an opportunity to come along to have your say on any issues of concern, with the option of staying to listen to the rest of the meeting.  If you wish to raise an issue for inclusion in the public forum item on the agenda, but are unable to attend the meeting in person, please contact the Parish Clerk at snapepc.clerk@gmail.com.
