Saxmundham Library (Street Farm Road, near the railway bridge) is a 'Warm Room' when it is open. A warm & safe space for people to sit, work, study, chat, play games, colour or do jigsaws over the colder Winter months. Hot drinks and biscuits are available. Their opening hours are —
When the Library is closed — on Monday and Thursday 9.30-3.30, At The Crossroads, High Street, Saxmundham will be running a Warm Room with free refreshments too. This café/bookshop, at the traffic-lights, is run by St John's Church.

This Winter, Britten Pears Arts is offering two "Warm Rooms" — one at Snape Maltings, and one at Red House, Aldeburgh. Warm Rooms is part of the "Ease the Squeeze" campaign that East Suffolk Council has developed to help residents with the cost of living. …
The Stable Block at Snape Maltings opening times are 10am to 4pm on Thursdays and Fridays. This is familiar to us as the site of the old Lettering Arts Centre — see map 3 item 15.
