Please can you circulate to all your residents for their interest.
Today we are launching our second Council Tax Rebate Grant discretionary scheme. This is offering financial support to some of the East Suffolk households who weren’t eligible for the main Government scheme, to help towards the costs of increased energy bills this winter.

[ Broadly, the scheme applies to those who —
were in care or temporary accommodation and moved into a new tenancy after 1 April,
OR who live in Houses of Multiple Occupancy
OR who are experiencing exceptional financial hardship.
Anglia Revenues Partnership (who handle our Council Tax bills)
are likely to have already contacted those who are eligible.
