Council AGM: V.Hall & online
The Parish Council AGM, at which the Chair and Vice-Chair are elected, and Councillors' responsibilities allocated, will be held as usual on the fourth Tuesday of May, the 25th. In view of the loosening of the coronavirus restrictions, it will be held in the Village Hall at 7:00pm. Members of the public are cordially invited to attend, but there will be a limit of 16 allowed in the hall, including Parish Council members, and it would be helpful, therefore, if people let the Parish Clerk know in advance. Face-masks will still need to be worn.
However, for those who might have reservations about attending in person, the AGM will also be available live online over Zoom. If you wish to 'attend' (and even take part) in this way, please email Russ Rainger at russ.rainger@snapevillage.info to register. A Zoom link will then be emailed to you before the meeting, as we've been operating since May of last year.
The Agenda can be downloaded here, and can also be viewed at the Village Hall noticeboard prior to this meeting. The current Parish Councillors are listed here.
The Annual Parish Meeting was held on 27th April online,
and incorporated verbal reports from organisations within the village.
It was also recorded, and you can click here for a link to the video.
