GIRLS ABOUT SNAPE (GAS)

Formed in January 2018, Girls About Snape has enjoyed two very successful years with a wide range of events for members at the monthly meetings.

Our programme is a mixture of educational talks, social events and outings, for example, concerts, theatre, gardens, meals out.  Additional activity groups within GAS are Knit & Natter (for charity), Book Club, and a Walking Group.  Members are encouraged to form additional interest groups.

It is our aim to hold at least one fund raising event each year.  For example, the current year’s charity is the Community First Responders.

If you are new to the village, Girls About Snape is a great way to meet other like-minded people; new members and visitors are always welcome.  Come along to one of our meetings to find out more: members’ meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month in the Village Hall starting at 7.30 pm.  Open meetings will be advertised in Ebb and Flow, on the village noticeboards and in the village hall.
