Residents who need extra support to use online services can now receive help from East Suffolk Council’s dedicated Digital Champions.
An increasing number of East Suffolk residents now use the Council’s online services to report issues, make payments and find out information.
However, we know that some customers have difficulty using online or telephone services. Our Customer Services team are available to help in person ... within local libraries, by appointment.
