Yoga and Mindfulness classes are coming to an end for the Summer, but begin again in September 2018.
The coming term comprises 12 sessions and begins on Thursday 13 and Friday 14 September. We now have two thriving classes both at 10 am (although on the days of the monthly Thursday coffee mornings we meet at 1 pm). The sessions are very relaxing and are a mix of mindfulness meditation, yoga poses, and relaxation. One of our students called the sessions ‘a lifesaver’ recently! You are invited to come along: leave all your worries and anxiety at the door, and experience the joy and bliss of Yoga and Mindfulness!
There are places available at both classes at the moment, but booking is advisable as the classes are popular.
