Come along to a really friendly session of strength and conditioning for almost everyone

These classes include a mixture of exercises to promote
Improved Muscle & Bone Strength | Suppleness | Mobility | Balance | Co-ordination | Posture | Helps lower blood pressure

Every Friday, 3pm to 4pm at Snape Village Hall, Church Road, Snape, IP17 1RN
(preceded from 2pm to 3pm by "Silver Circuits Class")
